Eight Villas. Six 2,000 square foot Villas and two 630 square foot lock-out single bedroom Villas. Each Villa has either a close-up bird's-eye view of the Sheboygan River and waterfront shopping district, or a partial view of Lake Michigan and view of Blue Harbor Resort and the South Pier. If you prefer a vibrant picture, choose the Lake Michigan side. If you want to turn it down a bit, choose the River side.

The Villas are located on the second and third stories of a shanty-style building. Each Villa has two outdoor balconies (one bedrooms have one), gas fireplace, large Panasonic state-of –the-art plasma television, intercom system, tiled bathroom and kitchen floors, leather sofas and chairs, craftsman quality kitchen and bath cabinetry, and other exquisite amenities.  We even personally picked out the cabinet knobs.  From the fishing lure shadow box to the professional lighting, these Villas are at the cutting edge of recreation destination accommodations.

Located directly above 5 retail spaces, you will be able to take the elevator to the ground level for a cup of coffee, newspaper or bottle of wine.  If you feel like driving, there is an abundance of activities to choose from including golf and speed racing. You won't need to drive to catch the cruise on the Spirit on the Lake because it is moored in back of the Villas.
